ABOUT ME

I’m a 29 year-old Italian living in Auckland, New Zealand. I’ve been passionate about art ever since I was a little kid wandering around museums with my parents. I love travelling and exploring new cultures. Along the way I’ve picked up 5 languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish and Dutch.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management and a Masters in Global Marketing, both completed with highest honours. I’m currently deepening my knowledge of Aboriginal and Māori Art, following courses from Australian and NZ Educational Institutions.

At the moment I’m working as the Marketing and Communications coordinator at Te Tuhi, an important contemporary art centre in the heart of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. Alongside my main job, I keep working as a Cultural Content Creator (visit my blog: artefortuna) and as an independent Art Project Manager in the fields of digital curation and exhibition research.

My long term goal is to open my own art gallery dedicated to the promotion of First Nations artists from Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
